Dreamweaver MX and CSS

I have been using dreamweaver mx to create quite a large website (20+ pages) I am using a style sheet but have been adding the style sheet to each page indivdually and wonder if it is possible to indicate that I want a style sheet to cover the whole site

when you 'add' it does it actually put the css styles into your html or just a link.
What you are after is a .css file and then each html page links to that .css for its stylesheet. NOt 100% how you do this in MX. But it may be easiest to use a template with a link to the .css and create all your pages from the template. If you already have a lot of pages then just go into edit mode and add the link. Been a while sonce I used MX, but can you do something like "insert external stylesheet"?

File>Export>CSS Styles

at what point do i do the file>export>css styles i have it site open on the screen and tried doing it but all the options in the export menu are greyed out

Are you not using dreamweaver's template functions? that would sort out your problems
