Birthday present for 2yr old boy

Hi
I am considering buying my close friends little boy the ELC Happyland rocket for his birthday.I have only ever bought for girls and wondered if people thought this would be suitable.If not any other suggestions? He will be 2 years old on his birthday.

    Yes that sounds good, my little boy is now coming up to 3 and likes playing with the Happyland stuff, and is getting more imaginative with it!

    Another suggestion might be a starter set for a wooden railway, Tesco do a good set for £10 (it does say age 3+ but he's played with it fine from 2) or Brio do some starter sets as well.

    It generally seems that anything transport related goes down well with the little boys I know aged 2-3!

    Happyland all the way!!!!.

    My beautiful little granddaughter plays with hers all the time and I am addicted to buying it for her!!

    She is 2.
  • Definitely a vote for Happy Land - my little boy loves it and he will be 2 in October. It also lasts a long time - my niece still enjoys playing with hers occasionally and she is 6 now.
    Silence is golden...unless you have a toddler. In that case silence is very, very suspicious!
