So it is now 21st July and still have not received the £20 'goodwill' replacement cheque they were going to send me from the call on 29th June.
ps. Surprise surprise I never did recieve the £20 goodwill cheque made out in the correct name.
Since they will no longer talk to me on the phone, only my 22 month old, I do not think I will ever receive it. Unfortunately his vocabulary is limited to things like 'car' and 'fish' so 'where is my goodwill cheque' is probably too much to ask him to say.
