I got mine as well thanks. I need to lose weight even more than I thought as my DD sent off for one for me as well!! However I have given it to a friend who was not insulted as she is trying to lose weight. It is a nice diary. I did use one of the coupons to get a free snack pack which was vile. I can see why it makes you lose weight it only weighed about half an ounce. Still instead I went for a bike ride this morning. Thanks OP

I am trying the slimfast shakes at the moment. Currently priced at 86p on bogof at tescos.

I buy 10 cans = £8.60 - the bogof = £4.30 - give them a tesco health and beauty voucher for £2.00 off an £8 spend on healthcare and 2 x £1.00 off a £4 spend on healthcare form the quit packs and pay only 30p !!! each time.

(the vouchers - health and beauty and quit packs are usually at the pharmacy counter of tesco stores).

Hi there,

i received mine a week or so back. Im also on a mission to shift those stubborn pounds, so am currently following a Weight Watchers plan.

This Diary is superb, as i use it as a food diary and make notes of everything i have consumed that day.

I like the fact that it has a section where you can record your funniest moment of the month and then look back at it later in the year and find out what it was that made you giggle like mad back then!!

Excellent and well worth freebie that i will actually get a years worth out of using.

mine just arrived today, slightly late but it is sooo pretty, very quirky, loveit.
