It just worked for me.

A couple of weeks ago I did receive soup from them. I gave it to a friend. Slimfast isn't kosher.

yes it's quite zany and fun! we are trying to do one piece of exercise a day and write it in even if it's running up the stairs 20 times or going dor a walk if we haven't done any we go out the door to walk!
