Hi all,
we recieved a letter today from a company called "cages world " we purchased a cage in Febuary 2011 saying due to a technical error your payment was never recieved !!!! they say they are going to charge our original card with the amount
Now this is 5 months on ,can they do this ???
any answers would be great

Interestingly, you don't actually say whether your card was charged at the time or not.
Assuming it wasn't, you owe the money.0 -
It amazes me how if theres an error or payment doesn't get collected.
Consumers think owell free goods, Company has no rights to claim there money back from me.0 -
You are fortunate that they told you in advance. A lot of times, companies will take it without forewarning, often causing bank charges and further problems.One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
