Nice toast for wedding speach

I have the honour of being best man at a wedding, and thankfully the speach seems to be coming on ok.......however I am struggling with the final toast.

From the examples I have found it doesnt need to be specific, but I cant quite find the right one.

Unashamedly I want to make people cry - women of course, but if I can get the groom to shed a tear that would be great;)

Has anyone got any examples that have been used? I shall give a 'tear factor' for each one!
