same situation like me.
house is under my name. i already asked the developer about the insurance and they informed me that i can put my fiancees name on the beneficiaries with my brother. we're getting married next year (february) and after that we will fix the papers for my status change and he'll be added as a co-borrower. :A work to live or live to work? :A0
