Competition Win and didnt receive prize

Hope someone can give me some advice. I won a prize in a competition and received details of how to send my address so the prize could be sent, which I did. I received another email to say to complete the details so I emailed them to say I had done and do you have them which they confirmed they did. I then never received the prize and when I chased them I was told I never sent them the details and the competition is finished and it was almost like tough luck on this.

Any thoughts on what I should do. I have tried to email again but they are refusing to reply to my emails.

you sure its not one of them scam competitions.

I dont think it was a scam it was one of those large voucher companies and they advertise a lot in the press also.

The company is Wowcher. I have had another email from them today saying that they have removed me from their database and that the form may have been faulty and have asked me to remove posts and tweets about this.

Surely if I had one and had completed the details as requested then they should supply the prize or an alternative!

so they say the form was faulty - that implies they know you won and they know you need to recevie the prize.

Asking for tweets and posts to be removed smacks of a company trying to get away with something they shouldn't be - its not as if you have said anything that isn't factually correct from your side, is there?

Also just had a retweet from them asking what the problem is!

And to just remove me from the database not at my request just says it all.

Not sure where the legal perspective is as it seems to me that they were happy to let me sign up win the prize and then not send it but still send me all the offers which now makes me wonder if they are going to be selling your emails to a 3rd party!

Tell them you want your prize. I assume you still have the email confirmation?

If not lets get spamming how bad https://www.wowcher.co.uk are over every consumer and public interest board. Sign up to mumsnet or something and write terrible reviews abotu them and what they do to children to get your campaign on the forefront of their web.
