Esporta text spam

Hi,
A few months ago I signed up online for a free 10 day pass with Esporta gyms. I never got the pass and despite ringing about it got absolutely nowhere, so I joined another gym instead.
Ever since I keep getting texts from them about promo offers to join, probably once a week and all from different numbers.
I've tried sending STOP as suggested in the text to stop getting them but they still keep coming!
Has anybody else had this problem?
I'm going to email HQ now because I've fed up of it
