Absolutely brilliant band, kept the dancefloor filled the whole night with people of all ages. Started with Ceildh followed by live band - can't recommend highly enough

Marty Fay and the Banditos are fantastic!!! Don"t have a number for them although I think their management is Michael Magill. They can also do a disco after if you want. They did a wedding I was at recently and they were very versatile. It's pressure you don't need trying to keep everyone happy but I'm sure whoever you pick will be fine!

michael magill only had one band left - they are the ones who did the eurovision & are not myy type of thing.
i have tried glen houston, as i have seen one of his bands, The Bizz a few times before & thought they were great. Got a price there from them - a bit more than what i had hoped for, but i have asked if there is anything they can do! fingers crossed :-)
anyone got any reports on them or seen them recently?

Hi credit_crunch, I would highly recommend The Counterfeit Blues Brothers band. We got married in September 2008 and they were excellent value for money as they did the disco afterwards too, often singing over the tracks as well.
They are based as far as I know in Lisburn and are very much in demand. Very friendly to deal with and help you go through the sort of music you want (and don't want) on the big day. I can hunt out a telephone number if needed.
