Just to say that my son was given a Next top in the wrong size without a recept or the `ticket` attached. I wasnt very hopeful that the staff would exchange it but fortunately it was new stock and not sale and they exchanged it without a murmur.
I was quite impressed....and the queue was smaller than M & S!

Thats excellent news to hear, as most shops these days wont accept returns without the original label or the receipt.
He was lucky!
What I find annoying is buying underware - cos once its left the shop, it cant be returned. For health reasons.
I tend to stick to the usual brand I wear - sloggi - as they are so comfy, but once in a while I would like to change - but refuse to buy new incase of the reason for not fitting and not able to return!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Hi Jan
I'm glad that they exchanged the top for you. As your thread has dropped down the Old Style board I've moved it over to the five star service board.

I rang up Next tonight about a Police watch I got in the sale. DH wore it for less than 1 day and the second hand fell off (would have been gutted if I'd paid the full £150 before the sale), she not only sorted out sending me the paperwork to be able to return it, she also refunded me the cost of having links taken out yesterday.
Well done Next, just a shame they had no others in stock.
Oh, he also broke my £70 iron and got an unrepairable puncture today! He's not allowed to touch anything else now!Illegitimi non carborundum.0 -
