Tesco Value Baby wipes

a couple of months ago i went in to buy some baby wipes because i too noticed the rise and then someone said that they had gone back down to 18p but when i went though check out they came to 9p each so bough every one on the shelf (63 packets) cost less than £6 and will last me a long time lol dont mind own brand baby wipes but feel ripped off when they double in price!
i was also tempted by the saisburys ones which last time i checked were 19p (prob gone up) but also had a 1/2 sale on at the time so were cheaper but found they had less in a packet and i could never find a sainsburys with them on the shelf!“You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.” ― Dr Seuss
