So pleased for you that it went well. I shall be doing the same in a couple of months so your progress is so interesting to read. You must have been so anxious. Do they go through every credit account with you individually and ask why and what you spent it on? I don't think I could explain what and why with mine, just general living expenses. Have you struggled with your payments for months now? Or did you just decide enough is enough and stopped paying your creditors to save up for your br fees, that's what I am about to embark on, but I feel so guilty about it. But I have been forced into this situation by my poisonous ex, I have no option but to go br. Quite gutting really, i have always paid my bills on time :-(

But once again well done for today!!!!

For me he did go through all my creditors and asked what I had used them for. But just remember that he's not there to judge you and won't be asking you any awkward questions. He's got to write a report so he obviously needs to understand what's happened. Just be honest, if you can't remember just say, its not going to go against you.

I stopped paying my creditors, and like you i felt guilty about doing it but if it's the only way you can afford to pay the br fees you don't have any other option.

I know it's easy to say don't worry, I was told the same thing but it didn't really stop me worrying. But having just been through it I can also confirm it's not as bad as you think it'll be... honest.

If you need any help from me or advice please get in touch. You can pm me anytime and I'll help you out to the best of my ability.

Good luck with it all. From someone who's just been through it, you'll bs fine and so relieved when it's all over, I can guarantee it!!

hi..and thank you for sharing your experiences with everyone......it all helps to ease minds......especially for those who simply lurk?

And it's nice to see those who have received help on here, readily prepared to offer it in return.

And for that alone, I thank you...
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......

Thank you so much! I'm worried about so many aspects of br. Especially the future and feeling like I am a lesser person for it. The IPA worries me also, I have every intention of repaying, but you can go through your SOA as many times as you like and try and figure out how much you are likely to repay through an IPA too, but it may not be correct! I'm a worrier and like to know where I stand hehe. But thanks for the offer of helping me along my journey, I will no doubt pester the hell out of you over the next few months lol. ;)
