Had a letter at the beginning of November off them to say they would be changing our Electricity meter on a date they specified between 8.00am and 8.00pm. No one came or phoned to say why they had not come.

Wrote to them to complain and they said they would recommend compensation. Nothing to date.

Had a letter two weeks ago to say they would change the meter today between 8.00am and 8.00pm.

At 1.35pm two men called to say that they had came to change the meter but they had run out of them and they still had another five calls to make.

I will have to wait at least 24hrs to cool down before I write to them.

I still cannot belive it.

How irritating for you!

I can believe it - we had the same problem with some properties at work with them not turning up and stuff.

Also, at home people kept turning up to change the meter and then telling us they weren't qualified enough and would have to call someone else - bit bizarre but we made sure they had IDs etc.

Anyway, I'm not sure what compensation they can offer you but I hope you get something
