my washing machine has broken down after 10 months can i demand a replacement from argos as the engineer has tried to fix it but still didnt work and has told me he has ordered another part this mean we have now gone 10 days without a washing machine which i think is terrible for a family household to do without for this length of time i would be grateful if anybody could tell me my rights or who to contact as we are getting nowhere speaking to argos

Have been on the phone all morning to argos but they are still saying we have to let them try and fix it, and they cant say when the engineer will be out as they are still waiting for the part. I think its totally out of order that a family has to do without a washing machine for approx 2 weeks so will not be buying anything from argos again . Thank for your help d.ross0

I don't think any other retailer would do any better.0
