I know they can....but do they do?

So I have read the threads about DMP's and Setting off/off setting or whatever but how on the ball are they??

I have debts with HSPF and an OPUS CC, which I am in the throws of organising my DMP which I believe they have agreed to. These are both part of Bank of Scotland. My Account that I get paid in to is Halifax, which again is registered with BoS......All under the Lloyds Banking Group Umberella ella ella ella.

How long will it take them to figure all these are connected? Will they know?? Has this effected anyone ???

Any info welcomed.xxx

Don't risk it Sarah. My bank managed to take my weekly salary until my overdraft was cleared and left me penniless for weeks. They will offset their liabilities as quickly as possible. I know it's hassle to go and spend an hour or 2 to change banks, but I'd have preferred that to having no money for 3 weeks!
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

My Pay for July will defo not be moved in time. My money advisor didnt think they would but couldnt obviously guarantee it. My problem is I moved everything to the Halifax last month thinking it was safe, only to realise that these other creditors were were part of HBoS. Now I have to go back to my employer and ask them to move my pay AGAIN, they are going to think something strange is going on, also I have to go through the hassle of changing my DD's. I got in to such a mess it was so stressful. Maybe I need to take a day off to get myself sorted out...... Oh dear :-(
