A wee gripe (not just at the RC site) - I do hate how so many websites now make you put in a validation code (mix of numbers and letters) - for some things, yes, but to request a brochure, submit a vote etc... is it really necessary? I really struggle with them as I'm sure lots of others do.
I don't see what it adds when anyone can type them in? (maybe I'm missing something very obvious, is so, please, please enlighten me)!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

It's something to do with stopping electronic spam and to make sure it's a human responding and not a machine. Not sure quite what it all means though lol

I knew there must be some reason!
Some of them are OK but the ones that have shading, funny/different text sizes, mix of caps & not etc are just a nightmare.
I ended up emailing one company as I just couldn't get any of theirs (tried over 20 times!) and asked if there was anyway round it and they said "no" - so they lost a customer! (and I'm not dyslexic or have sight problems etc so it must be even worse for suffers of these and other similar conditions).Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
