Make sure all your spyware removers and alike are all up to date, turn off system restore then boot into safe mode without networking...run your scans and hopefully that should do it.
Don't forget to turn system restore back on when you reboot into normal mode.

You could, like a lot of people do(myself included)leave system restore off altogether, because viruses' can hide in the system restore & an AV wont pick them up.

    Decent AVs scan SystemRestore files.
I keep SystemRestore on... anything goes wrong with PC, try to fix it, if it doesnt work, restore system!... if that doesnt work or I download a virus/adware, dissable SystemRestore, remove threat and enable SystemRestore.

SystemRestore often used to be my first solution to malicious files... if that didnt work, then try AV/AS solutions.
Thankfully, I havent been infected for 9 months now :)
  • ive turned off system back up run the scaned it found 3 virus said it got rid of them restarted the computer done the scan again and it picking them up again they dont seem to want to go.

Decent AV's? I hope your not referring to either Norton or McAfee as decent AV's :rotfl:
