Faulty Matress

Hi everyone, i am new to the site.

I bought a brand new silent night bed in December 2009 from my home shopping catalogue. When we got it we though it made a lot of noise when moving on it but didnt think much of it. This over time has gotten worse and the springs inside clang together when moving. I contacted my club about this after about 11 months and they originally said they would send a replacement. This never happened and i have been battling with them for 6 months for something to be done. After stating the sale of goods act to them they have finally said they will replace it if i can get a report from an independent specialist to prove it was a manufacturing fault. I have never heard of such person. Can anyone assist me with this as i would like to see if can get this sorted asap.

Thanks
