Am I tied into a contract
Hi there,
I changed both my Gas and Electricity to British Gas 'Websaver 11' back in April. Am I stuck with this for 12 months now or am I free to leave?
I haven't had any paperwork since switching (I was on another BG tariff before switching) so do not know.
Thanks for any help.

You're free to leave without penalty if you ring them and tell them you wish to leave because of the recent price rise, and they are notified by your new supplier within two or three weeks from then.0
