I am the landlord of a property, i have a letting agent that i am not happy with they are managing my property. Do i have to give them notice that i don't want to them act for me anymore? Also is there a association that i can report them too.

If you've signed a contract with these agents then of course you will have to give them notice. The amount of notice depends on the terms of the contract.
Are they members of ARLA?0 -
Did you sign a contract with the agent when you took them on? If so, read it thoroughly, as not only will you probably be required to give them notice, there may be a fee to end the contract, or even a penalty clause.
Check if they are members of an association. If so, report them to that, but LA's don't even need any compulsory qualifications, so membership of a regulatory body is optional too.0
