No purchase necessary. In order to enter, participants must enter a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board . Should entrants decide that they no longer wish to receive emails from NPIPB , they may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Closing date for the competition is 30th September 2011 Entries received after this date will not be accepted. Promotion is open globally to individuals aged 18 years and over who hold a valid passport , except employees and families of NPIPB , Advantage Management Group , or anyone professionally associated with the promotion. Visas for entry to The Bahamas are the responsibility of the prizewinner.
The prize draw winner will be the first entry randomly drawn by an independent observer.
Prize:
The prize includes7 nights accommodation staying at Comfort Suites Paradise Island, Nassau. Room Only. USD1,000.00 flight credit. For UK/European winners this will be converted to Sterling/Euros. For the current exchange rate NPIPB uses OANDA.COM
The travel period offered is up to 30th Sep 2012 and is subject to availability/embargo periods at the time of booking. Prize winner may not travel in any half term /Holiday periods . This prize must be claimed before 30th Sep 2012 . The prize-winner must be one of the passengers staying at the hotel . If the winner does not choose an accompanying travel partner, the other place will be forfeited. The winning passengers are responsible for all taxes, fees and charges associated with this prize.
All participants should take out adequate travel insurance. The prize is non-transferable. In the event of a dispute, the decision of NPIPB shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part.
All travel is subject to availability and may exclude bank holidays. Blackout dates may apply.
NPIPB shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on the NPIPB website. The prize-winners may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
The prize-winner will be awarded on a fair and random basis and all prizes have been made available for distribution.
