Of course you can leave as much or as little as you like, but personally I would be very put off by a property that doesn't have any curtains or light fittings. It would make you look really cheap and stingy as a landlord (IMO).
Also, I wouldn't necessarily expect a whole kitchen, but would expect an oven. You might find you're really limiting your prospective tenant pool if you don't leave one.0 -
Our current rented property has no curtains/curtain poles. We have blankets tacked up over the windows, it looks very stylish! ;-)0
