Hi All,
I had a judgement made by the courts for £2500.00 against my old tenants due to rent arrears roughly six months ago. These scumbags have now moved on and I wish to collect their debt hopefully casing them serious misery.
I have been looking at Daniels Silverman but thought I would ask round here for advice from landlords who have been in a similar position before.
Thanks for your time.

Lots work on 50/50.... So you'll only ever possibly get £1250 back.
Is it really worth the faf, possible more courts. Punch in the face. etc0 -
Most have quoted 15 - 20% and that is added on top of the debt so yeah it is really worth the faf. It amazes me how people in this day and age think they can just ignore a court order. Even if I only got half that's better than letting people get away with it.0

I'm guessing you got the court order in their abscence ? which means that when you finally track them down it will be fairly straight forward for them to have the judgement set aside as they will have not been notified of the court proceedings and you will have to start everything again right from the beginning0 -
Try this company. I know the people although I have never had a reason yet to use them, so I can't vouch for them professionally. http://www.debt-collections.co.uk/
On their website, they say No collection, no fee.FREEDOM IS NOT FREE0 -
Do they have any money?0
