Hi there,
Sorry if this is the wrong place!
I ordered a canvas using a groupon code back on the 20th June, the email stated it would be delivered in 21 days. It is now well over a week after that and their phone number just rings and rings and they do not answer their emails.
Any advice?

Hi, I have also had problems with You-Frame, I purchased the canvas on 3rd May 2011, I thought I had been very patient and chased this up at the end of June with You-Frame, I emailed them several times but no repsonse, I then contacted Groupon Customer Services and explained the situation, they supplied me with the same email address, I emailed You-Frame again but this time I cc'd Groupon and yes I had response apologising but they had not received my previous communication (yeah right!). This was on 29th June, they advised me that my order had now been changed to override and will be printed and shipped within the next 72 hours and I will receive an email to confirm and allow 3-5 working days. I never received that email! I emailed again and again but no response, I contacted Groupon again and they said that they will chase this up, I explained that I had been very patient and that they have failed to deliver and I would like a full refund. Groupon therefore refunded me £29 on 12th July. I am still chasing the £5.95 postage and packaging they took out of my account on 5th May I have send numerous emails, I did get one automated response saying that they have had a spam attack. Groupon in fairness have been very good.0

Hi there- i had the same problem. i ordered via the groupon code on the 6th june. I sent numerous emails all ignored. i kept trying the number and eventually got through, the lady promised to send it that day and i received it yesterday. no explanation or apology for delay but she did say they were all being processed this week. I must say though it is beautiful and really good quality so although im peeved, they have slightly redeemed themselves. I would suggest keep trying to ring them, i got through about 11 am, seemed a quiet time to call.0

A canvas printing kit, not an actual print.
For £29 you should count yourself lucky tbh. These kits are usually quite poor quality -- every aspect of it. You can get cheap real canvas prints from printnine.com or pics2posters.co.uk.
The problem with these kits other than the fact its not even 'real' canvas is if your printer is one of these cheap ones the quality will be worse than ikeas self build ones.
I can recall a couple of similar threads from Groupon vouchers over the last couple of months and most have been able to cancel via Groupon website.0 -
No they do the DIY kit and actual canvases, what I ordered was a canvas.

Mine took 6 weeks to come almost, so yours should be there soon, it's a very long time and unacceptable I agree, but the print was really lovely, even if you have to frame it yourself, which is a little scary, I was terrified I hadnt glued it on straight!0

Bother, I wish I'd read this before ordering!
I placed my order on the 15th July and am still waiting for delivery. I managed to get through to them by phone on the 25th August and was promised that my order had been "put to the top of the queue" and would be dispatched within a week.
Haven't had a response to my emails, and their phone is now constantly engaged.
Possibly the most annoying bit is that they are still advertising on Groupon, despite the fact that they clearly can't fulfil the orders they already have in hand.
It's a shame really, I've had some really good deals off Groupon, but one or two like this and I suddenly find myself suspicious of the whole Groupon idea. Sigh.0
