I found out yesterday that my isa is only getting 0.5 per cent interest with Santander anything better out there with them? They have asked me to go along to see them next week for a review?

They want a review to try and sell you products.0

Or try this, unless you are determined to stay with them

0.5% is insulting. Shop around for a better rate and change your provider. Do it through a transfer process so you don't lose your tax free allowance (e.g. get Santander to transfer it to your new ISA provider, they'll give you a form to you) and get it out of there quickly! I mean, even my AA online saver account pays 2.8% and that's a better rate even though it's taxable.
Max out your savings and never stay loyal to your provider. For example, you could open a Nationwide e-isa tomorrow at 2.75% (you might need to open an current account first though if you don't have one with them). I'm sure there are lots of others out there too.
Good luck and I'm sure any questions you have have been answered on this board at some point or are in the main part of the site.0
