Money management software

Hi,

I have been using Egg money manager for years and have found it a really useful way on keeping track of my finances as it will log in to all my accounts credits cards etc and display an overall summary as well as saving me logging on to each individual account.

However it has began to creak a bit in recent times as I don't think it is being maintained as well as it used to be. e.g. I've been locked out of accounts as the security has changed but Egg MM hasn't been updated. Also it only works with ie and not Chrome etc.

Can anyone suggest an alternative? Don't mind paying for it as long as it is not too much and is secure, reliable and easy to use!

I've just started using the accountunity ewise service (search "ewise" in forums) which is the system behind Egg MM - works great. Isn't as pretty but it appears more sturdy than moneymanager.

I use internet banking plus on firstdirect.com. Totally free. I don't have any first direct products either.
I think it's only designed for internet explorer. It doesn't work on firefox.

I've had occasional problems with it, but I'm not a technical person and I use vista so the problems could well have been connected with vista or updates rather than specifically the website.

As regards running EMM (etc) non I.E. browsers, there is an addon/extension called 'I.E. tab' for both FF and Chrome which allows these types of site to be opened (it uses IE but 'under the bonnet' of your currently open browser window) without going to open up IE yourself.
