The Best Boot Camp

Has anyone else had problems with these? I bought a groupon deal of 10 bootcamp sessions for £19 ages ago (around march or april I think) and was told to email my voucher to them, which I did.
The reply email said they had lots of people buy the vouchers and to wait for an email giving a timescale of when they could be used.
I wanted to use them in time for my wedding (last saturday) so sent a few emails explaining this, and heard nothing back. Left 3 or 4 message on Gareth (the guy to contact apparently) mobile phone explaining that I'd contacted him before and had no reply, and needed to use the vouchers soon, but no reply to any voicemails or emails.
its obviously past the time I wanted the sessions for now - has anyone else had any dealings with them?

Update: After leaving another voicemail which had the same voicemail recording it has had for months promising to get back in touch with people I rang Groupon and explained.
I got a refund and the woman on the phone said they have had several complaints about this company.
I got a text, presumably from "Gareth" saying "send an email, they are all replied to personally". I texted back saying that I already had done a few times combined with leaving numerous voicemails, told him that their "customer service" was shocking and I had complained to Groupon. Got a reply which merely said "Thanks".
Well I think that pretty much sums up their view on their lack of customer service. Shame as I was quite looking forward to the sessions, but won't be touching them with a bargepole now.0
