Praise - Tesco Direct sofa

I am very nervous of giving DFS etc my trade as I don't like to pat a deposit and wait 6 months etc...
Was also a bit nervous buying sight unseen from internet. Called Tesco Direct's helpline who talked me through sizes and doorway problem.
Delivery in 3 days, they emailed me the 3 hour time slot the night before, called me half an hour before they were due to turn up.
(I could pick the day, cost a fiver.)
For that the guys opened the boxes, brought furniture in, removed all packing (so I don't need to go to the recycling centre) showed me how to assemble, explained the fire safety label, and gave cleaning tips.
And they refused to take a beer tenner!
And the sofa (3 seat leather recliner for under £400) looks ace and is v comfortable.
Could not be more chuffed.
