Lost two court cases Judge Biased ?

Options
Hi all any help advice much appreciated ! I had a court case for a car accident which was not my fault around 3 weeks ago. I defended myself due to being unable to afford a solcitor and thought I had a very good case. The judge found for the other side and seemed to have formed a 'personal' opinion about me is the best way I can describe it. Basically she gave me a very hard time and seemed to let the solicitor more or less say anything they wanted. Anyhow I then unfortunately had another case against me this week for a debt that simply was not mine - with the same Judge. My problem is that again the Judge seemed not interested in my case - she refused to let the financial ombudsman investigate and even refused written evidence (albeit late) that proved the debt was not mine! I coming to my main problem about all this - the Judge (in summing up) stated words to the effect of 'especially in cirucumstances like car crashes) !!! surely the Judge cannot make an inferred reference to a previous case because clealry she has formed a biased personal opinion about me ! I want to eppeal the case and also complain about this Judge but dont know how far ill get - any help please. many thanks.

It may be that you didn't have a case that was as strong as you think? Appealing against a judicial decision is very difficult and, I suspect, expensive. If you couldn't afford a solicitor the first time, I suspect you may be best chalking this up to experience. Sorry, I'm sure this isn't what you wanted to hear

they are all in a big club together called the law society, you failed to pay their club your dues(employ a solicitor) and thus ensure the longevity of their profession and you were punished for your ignorance, how dare you try to defend yourself!!

Just appeal the decision and move to another court.

The problem is that the Judge made a clear 'thinly veiled' reference to the previous 'car crash' case. This to my mind shows a complete lack of impartiality and neutrality.

Without knowing details it is difficult to comment but you now have two options give up and get on with your life or to appeal to a higher court for the way the judge considered the evidence.

This will be costly and even then likely to be rejected if the judge made the right decision even if for the wrong reasons.

what people dont think about is that all these solicitors, barristers and judges all sit down together for tea and cakes, went to school and university together, eat in each others homes, go to the same shows together, i bet their kids all play together at the weekends, all they do in court is "act" in a given way to justify their existance and huge wages, they care not about you or I or the outcome , only that they all stick together and all get paid too much for doing nothing, they even have their own secret code/language called "legalese" which us poor mortals are forbidden from understanding so they can hide their corrupt ways from public view

That costs money the OP already states they couldn't afford to pay a Solicitor so I doubt they can afford to appeal.

In all liklihood either the OPs case was not as strong as they thought or because they defended themselves they did not present it in the best way.

More truth than those of average intelligence can understand, all you will get is monkey poo thrown with "wear tin hat " comments of those who lack the intelligence to understand things such as law society and secret languages they speak .

have you not heard of the law society then? do you not think that these people all went to uni together and socialise in the same circles? are you unaware of "legalese" ? have you ever gone to the trouble of trying to decipher it? no tin foil hat needed dude, google is your friend!
