Can I Get My Money Back !

Purchased a ford focus 3 months ago from COOP for £5k, and has 12 month warranty. Since purchased got oil leak, car makes horrible noise from wind coming in from driver window, and just had a recall letter from Ford about engine cooling fan control module.
Emailed and called but coop not replied to my mails or called back when left messages. Could I take car back and get my money based on above ?

short answer no.

the oil leak is to be expected (at £5k its not going to be new) and should have been covered by the warranty.
the window noise is something you can ask them to consider under warranty
the letter from Ford is just one of those things - it would happen no matter where you bought a Focus from and is not relevent to the other items listed whihc are specific to this actual car.

It just sounds to me like you dont like the car you bought or your circumstances have changed and you want all your money back - its not possible nor viable.
