bought collagen face maks and hair straighteners from ospalondon through groupon a month ago.. not received either and despite emails (no other form of contact) have received no item or reply. Cannot seem to contact groupon either? Any others having problems?

    forum thread on here posted on 09/08/2010 by jisha78 RE O Spa London voucher rubbish service...which is regarding previous discount vouchers for treatments...recent update on 02/06/2011 that all O Spa locations closed until further notice.

    Further posts advising Groupon are aware of problems with O Spa. phone Groupon customer services 020 3510 0410 and ask for refund. We certainly will be. Unsure if we ll get refunded postage costs paid through OSpa London though but heres hoping

  • i got a groupon voucher for a massage chair with ospa london i entered the code and paid £14.95 postage on the 25th of june on their site, they stated delivery in up to 21 days it's now 34 days, they have not replied to 3 e-mails and when i try to call them i get diverted to one of their shops and they know nothing, i am now £73.95 out of pocket, i would not recommend ospa london to anyone no matter how good the offer is, groupon are aware of this and they say that ospa are sending them out and i will receive it by friday "today" it's now 4:30 pm and it's not here yet, fingers crossed :(:(:(

    Yes i am having huge problems with OSpa, I took up the Groupon offer of hair straighteners at the end of June, and guess what, they have failed to have been despatched, I was firstly advised via automated email that delivery will be around 28 days, after the 28 days i was advised that if i had not received an email advising of despatch then i will have to wait till 15 Aug, you could say i'm very disheartened and its not looking good in me receiving my order, if i had known now when i first placed the order i would have avoided them altogether, i did find out today that a company is obliged to despatch any order within 30 of payment being taken, i am seriously considering going to Trading Standards, it would be nice to know if anyone has received their order.   • 39 days now and still no delivery of the massage chair, tried phoning ospa and again got automated message, contacted groupon they said delivery would now be before wednesday 3rd august, well thats today and it's now 7:00 pm, i have had no e-mails from ospa apart from the initial one when i placed my order stating 21 days delivery, will still use groupon but never ospa again, i too am thinking about contacting trading standards, ospa are now selling foot spas through groupon, they need to sort out the thousands of unhappy customers orders before making new offers :mad::mad::mad:
  • I'm in the same position with regards to the massage chair - paid for on 25 June and still no show.

    I have been e-mailing Groupon who remain optimistic I will receive it - despite the fact that on another thread on this forum Groupon have apparently been telling people that Ospa has gone out of business.

    I am now losing all faith in Groupon as well if this is how they are operating. How can they be telling one person the company has gone bust etc. and at the same time tell me to hang on and wait? They even sent me a customer support telephone number yesterday - which of course wasn't answered.

    I guess we will all have to ask Groupon for our money back but I think they should provide us with the item we bought - the chair is still being advertised by Ospa as being for sale and in stock!

    Hi everyone, I am in the same boat as you all. Ordered my massage chair from O Spa London on June 25 after the June 24 Groupon offer. Paid the £14.95 p&p on top and after emails to Groupon and O Spa I am getting nothing.

    Has anyone actually received their order?

    I have recently commented about the lack and disgusting service from O Spa :mad: Yes i'm still waiting for my hair straighteners which was ordered via a Groupon code at the end of June. Today i have sent a email to O Spa (as telephoning them is a waste of time) informing them that if they have not despatched my order by the end of this week then I am contacting Trading Standards and Watchdog. Its not something i usually do (infact this would be my first time I have really complained to this level) but the more disgruntled customers who complain then hopefully something will be done about this sham of a company.
