Expansys Returns what a joke!

I bought one of the amazing £69.99 tv's a few weeks ago unfortunately mine wasnt working properly so i asked them to come and collect it.
I am still waiting 3 1/2 weeks later and all i get told by their French Customer service deptmarment is they will email their collections and get it collected. Four times i have been told this now as they say they cannot call them whilst i am on the phone and there is nothing else they can do. Some of them are so rude as well they will not let you finish your sentences and talk all over you and i have been cut off twice:mad::mad::mad:. I have been nothing but polite & patient but i am slowly loosing my cool with them now, I have just about had enough. The final straw came to day after the CS woman said she would email me a date for when the tv would be collected. This is what she sent me.....

Yes you have sent me an rma number you sent it me 3 weeks ago and yes i am aware that it has to go back to france but when the hell are you coming to collect it GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!
What can i do to get my money back what can i tell them i will do to get their attention and actually sort this out. It is passed a joke now.
Does any one know who i can write or email that will actually do something?
