What are people's experiences of Tesco Mobile like? To me, it seems to be a joke. I have repeatedly tried to top-up my phone with a variety of credit cards and it always fails. Apparently the address details don't match, but I never have this problem when buying from anyone else. I speak to their people on the phone after navigating their phone menu, and they can't get it to work. They promise to call me back and never do. I just need a SIM only service, so do you think I should give up on them and try someone else? If so, who?
