1. Promotion open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 16 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The promotion is running on selected promotional packs of MALTESERS, MARS PLANETS, GALAXY MINSTRELS, M&Ms, REVELS, MILKY WAY MAGIC STARS AND GALAXY BITES, as set out at the bottom of these terms and conditions ("Promotional Packs"). Northern Irish residents may enter the promotion without purchasing a Promotional Pack - see condition 6 below.
3. For a chance to win a free DVD from the selection of 6 DVDs available (see condition 8 for details), entrants should:

• (a) purchase any Promotional Pack;
• (b) visit https://www.bagamillionmovies.co.uk (the "Website");
• (c) register the unique 10 digit code found inside the Promotional Pack ("Promotional Code") on the Website between 0:00am on 15 July 2011 and 11:59pm on 30 December 2011.

4. The Website will instantly display a message confirming whether or not the Promotional Code is a winning code. Winners will then need to submit their details, including name, address, email address and telephone number in order to receive their prize. Winners will also be asked to indicate, ranked in order, their preferred 3 DVDs from the selection of 6 DVDs available to be won. On receipt of a winner's details and DVD preference, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address submitted by that winner.
5. If you do not have a winning Promotional Code, you will be given the option to enter a separate prize draw - see condition 10 below.
6.No Purchase Necessary: for the same chance of winning, residents of Northern Ireland can follow the "No Purchase Necessary" link on the Website. Enter your name and email address and a Promotional Code will be emailed to you. Return to the website and enter the Promotional Code to see if you are a winner. One free entry per person per day. DVDs won using this entry route will only be posted to a valid Northern Ireland address.
7. Each Promotional Code is valid for one entry into the promotion. Late entries and Promotional Codes received by any other means (eg in the post) will be rejected. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, delayed or destroyed due to any technical failure or otherwise. Proof of submitting an on-line entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
8. The 6 DVD titles to choose from are: 500 DAYS OF SUMMER (Cert. 12A), THE A-TEAM (Cert. 12A), ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS: THE SQUEAKQUEL (Cert. U), ICE AGE 3: DAWN OF THE DINOSAURS (Cert. U), MARLEY AND ME (Cert. PG) and NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM 2 (Cert. PG).
9. All reasonable steps will be taken by the Promoter to ensure that a winner's first choice of prize DVD is delivered to the address nominated by the winner (which must be within the UK, CI or IoM), within 30 days of submitting a winning code. In some cases this may take longer and/or the winner may receive their second or third choice of DVD title if stocks of their first choice DVD are not available. In the event that a winner fails to indicate their preferred first, second or third choice DVD, or stocks of their first, second and third choice DVDs are not available, the Promoter will randomly allocate a DVD from the list of titles available at the time of the prize claim.
10. If the Website displays a message confirming that your Promotional Code is not a winning code, you will be given the option to enter into a separate fortnightly prize draw. To enter, complete your name, address, email address and telephone number details, and submit the online entry form. You will be entered into the fortnightly draw open at the time of submitting your completed entry form. The fortnightly draws will run during the following periods: 0:00am 15 July to 11:59pm 28 July, 0:00am 29 July to 11:59pm 11 August, 0:00am 12 August to 11:59pm 25 August, 0:00am 26 August to 11:59pm 8 September, 0:00am 9 September to 11:59pm 22 September, 0:00am 23 September to 11:59pm 6 October, 0:00am 7 October to 11:59pm 20 October, 0:00am 21 October to 11:59pm 3 November, 0:00am 4 November to 11:59pm 17 November, 0:00am 18 November to 11:59pm 1 December, 0:00am 2 December to 11:59pm 15 December, 0:00am 16 December to 11:59pm 30 December 2011.
11. In each of the fortnightly prize draws, there are two prizes to be won. The first prize is a LG 37" LED full HD television and LG Blu-ray player, including a HDMI cable and one Blu-ray disc of each of the following 5 film titles: AVATAR, GULLIVER'S TRAVELS, THE A-TEAM, 127 HOURS and THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE VOYAGE OF THE DAWN TREADER. The second prize is a LG Blu-ray player, including a HDMI cable and one Blu-ray disc of each of the 5 film titles listed above.
12. The first and second prize winners in each fortnightly draw will be the first and second (respectively) entries drawn at random from all valid entries, which will take place within 7 days of the closing date of the relevant draw. The winners will be notified within a further 7 days. In the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with a winner within 7 days of its initial attempt to notify them, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize by selecting another entry from the remaining entries. Winners will receive their prize within 21 days of the date of notification. Unsuccessful entries will not be carried over to subsequent fortnightly draws.
13. The selection of the two winning entries will be supervised by an independent person. The result of each draw is final and binding in all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Details of all of the winners of the fortnightly prize draws (name and county) will be available for six weeks only by sending a SAE marked "Bag a Million Movies Fortnightly Prize Draw Winners" to the Promoter's address set out below after 14 January 2012.
15. Any inaccuracy in the name and address details provided by a winner could delay or prevent delivery and the Promoter shall not be liable for such delay or non delivery.
16. All DVD and fortnightly draw prizes are as stated and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value should any of the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
18. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of a third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the affect on entrants of such failure.
19. An entrant's personal information will only be used to administer the promotion and not for any other purpose, unless the entrant expressly indicates on the on-line entry form that they wish to receive further newsletters, updates or information from the Promoter and/or from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment Ltd.
20. By registering a Promotional Code, entrants agree to be bound by, and are deemed to have read and understood, these terms and conditions. The terms specific to the fortnightly draws will only apply to entrants registering to enter a draw.
