Hi, My partner & I are 'supposed' to be getting married on 29th April 2012. It took us a while to seek out a suitable venue for two reasons. Firstly we have a disabled son together so needed somewhere wheelchair friendly and with accomodation avaliable for the night before our wedding and the night after, as transport…

Jeez, you just don't need all this do you? Weddings are supposed to be joyous not fraught with contractual wranglings! This is why I think you should go elsewhere. If they're touting themselves as an 'exclusive' wedding venue they're hardly very good at the professionalism that planning and hosting weddings needs.
