I personally would rather have AA batteries than the annoying built in or diff shape batteries. The replacements cost a fortune, where as you can buy 8 rechargable batteries and charger (duracell or energiser - dont remember which) for £7.99. At least then you can carry spares around with you.0

Just had my 2 delivered. Came in an A4 paper sized box, and then in a smaller brown box inside - so they do look like they all will be reconditioned ones, but apart from it missing a colourful box everything is there and I certainly wouldn't be able to tell that it was a refurb.
Great bargain!0 -
I also got mine this morning. Exactly as the previous op stated. Very pleased with it! Also had the battery pack with it as i know there was some doubt about this being in the pack."The journey of 1000 miles commenced with a single step"0

£6.50 inc P&P is not bad!
Or £7 if you want branded with slightly higher capacity cells.0 -
I received my camera this morning too, and for £23.99 it's a bargain. I picked up a 1GB SD card on t'ebay for £9 and just picked up one of those charger sets for £7. So all in all, I have a great camera for taking out socially and to gigs and the like (my other camera a Fuji digital SLR is too large for everyday use) for under £40.0

I got an S7000 and I agree it is too big to take everywhere. I just hope mine goes through OK as it's ideal for taking on a night out. Bought it last night, was showing in stock and stated that in the email as well, but my order is still showing pending and the item is now out of stock!
How long does it take to change from pending?
I got a spare 1gb SD and have loads of 2800Mah AA's - just waiting on the camera lol!0 -
I tracked mine this morning and its in the depot about 20 miles away,so with luck i should get it today.Mine is a present for a friend in India. One really late night, and drinking too much Honey Bee,i promised them i would buy them a digital camera ,thank god this one came up,otherwise i would have spent £80-£90 .0
