Ive cut the whole thing off before seed, you will get more flowers growing, plus plenty time for more seeds, they always have loads come off mine.

I have collected the seeds from my lupins, any guidance on best time to sow them, I am in Fife and we have had quite harsh winters the last couple of years with snow on the ground for 2 months.
