Group On Vouchers

Am I at fault!!
I purchased a voucher for the High Voltage Festival for this weekend form Groupon. I was told the voucher could be redeemed form 2pm yesterday.
This morning I couldn't see where I had to put the code in so I rang Group on and they emailed to say follow the link and go through tickermaster.
which I did. I assumed I would put the voucher code in at the end and the money would come off.
NO!
Ticketmaster have taken the full amount £126.
Groupon are saying it isn't their problem !!
I am livid and upset, I can't afford to pay out £126 for a one day gig!!
Where do I go from here

odd - the promotional code for ticket master is usually entered at the ticket search stage of the process, this is where they show you the reduced price.
They would have asked you to confirm the order before submitting - if you submitted at the price shown on screen thats what you committed to.
It does sound though like the explanation of the process from groupon was poor - groupon are merely an introducer - you need to speak to ticketmaster, its them whos site the transaction for the tickets actually occured on.0 -
I've tried ringing ticketmaster!!
But can only get as far as robots or they cut off.
I've never used a voucher on Tickermaster so assumed the code would be entered at the end and then submit but that wasn't the option.0 -
I just got hold of someone at Ticketmaster....he is going to get in touch with Groupon but doubt I'll get anywhere....0

Groupon sent out the wrong link which was why there was a problem...
