Anyone received a Street Tennis Kit? - I need some help

I won a street tennis kit on 23 May (first comp I ever won so it was really exciting). I contacted Britvic on 20 June to say I hadn't received it. They reconfirmed my address and said it would be sent. I still haven't recieved it so I contacted them again today and they said it was sent on 29 June. If anyone who has won and recieved one of these could you let me know whether it came via Royal Mail or a courier. Britvic say they've sent it and aren't interested in the fact I haven't got it.
Thanks - my kids are driving me mad asking when it is going to come.

Thanks for your help. I have emailed Britvic again and asked them which courier they sent it with so I can chase it, as they don't seem interested. It's so disappointing because we were all so excited when we won.
. I'm also waiting for 2 fruitshoot skills kits but I'm probably on Britvic's black list now!

I've never posted before but saw your post and remembered how much trouble I had getting my own tennis kit. I won on the 1st day but they didn't contact me so I messaged them through their site. Weeks went by and I chased them, eventually had to phone and speak to a supervisor. When it finally arrived it was HUGE, v. heavy and DEFINITELY came by Royal Mail van as I can remember the delivery man and discussing it with him. I think Britvic got themselves in a muddle with their comps though, as amongst all these chasing emails and calls I had with them they told me at one point I had been sent a cheque by mistake and they would be stopping it as it was sent in error (it was when Pepsi comp was on) but bizarrely the cheque never arrived! Hope you sort yours out-try phoning if you haven't already.0

Parcel Force def delivered both mine...know that for sure as delivery man commented on the fact that he remembered delivering one to me before...and one is still in it's packaging as it's waiting for me to take it my friends house for a Local Hospice raffle she is organising0

Thanks everyone for your advice. The tennis kit finally arrived today - 2 months after I won it. Britvic had the right address but someone had hand written the label and made a typo in my address. My kids are setting it up in the garden as I type.
Anyone for tennis?0
