The facts:
I have now written over 40 messages via the on-line contact form (because it is impossible to reply to their emails as they are bounced)
As of today I still have not received either item.
On 21/06/2011 I wrote to ask for a refund as the goods had not been delivered within 30 days.
I have not had a refund, and have now sent a paper copy of my request to their offices in Guernsey.
- On 24/03/2011 I placed an order
- On 05/04/2011 I placed another order

Well, it may be a coincidence but - after all this time, the day after I posted this I had a phone-call with an apology saying that my refund would be processed immediately. I'll be watching my cards closely for the next day or two!0
