1. The TV Book Club Book Vote ("Vote") is organised by or on behalf of 4 Ventures Limited and/or Channel Four Television Corporation of 124 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2YX ("Channel 4"). By participating in the Vote you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The prize is £100 of National Book Tokens.
3. You may cast your vote online by selecting the book you wish to vote for, entering your email address and postal address and clicking submit.
4. You are only permitted to vote for a book once per person. Multiple votes for a book from the same email address and postal address will be counted as one.
5. The Vote closes at 09.59 on Monday 22nd August 2011. The results of the Vote will be announced on

6. Channel 4 reserves the right to discount votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent bulk votes have been cast. This includes, but is not limited to, more votes being cast than a human being could possibly submit in the time available without the use of software or other devices designed to make or facilitate automated votes.
7. Channel 4 reserves the right to discount votes cast from an invalid email address or postal address or any address that causes Channel 4 to doubt the propriety of an email address or postal address.
8. Channel 4 may suspend, withdraw, cancel or re-set the Vote for any reason at its sole discretion and at any time.
9. Channel 4 reserves the right to revert to using a panel of judges to decide the winner if it has any reason to doubt the validity of the Vote result.
10. Channel 4's decision in respect of the Vote is final.
11. Channel 4, its group companies and sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Channel 4 hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the Vote.

13. Channel 4 reserves the right to amend these Vote Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website and such posting shall be adequate notice to all participants.
