Advice required re Faulty Radiator

Options
4 yearsago I purchased a chrome towel radiator (10 year guarantee)for my bathroom from City Plumbing in Sheffiled. After 2 years the radiator developed rust spots on all the weld points and was replaced. At the same time we had a complete new heating system installed but retained the towel rail as it was new. 2 further years on and the radiator is now starting to rust under the bars. We only ever clean the rail with damp towels and never use any cleaning products.

We have contacted City Plumbing who have washed their hands of it and passed it to De Longhi who are now dragging their feet. I would normally apply for a cashback on the credit card I used but I no longer have the account unfortunately.

Advice on the best way forward would be appreciated.

I have already sent digital images of the problem to the De Longhi Rep who has supposedly forwarded them to her immediate boss but that was 2 to 3 weeks ago.

(The heating system itself has had no problems and is fully inhibited)

The guarantee will be with the manufacturer so they need to replace it for you

I would put pressure on them by ringing them up and finding out who this 'immediate boss' is
