breach of contract?

we were with tiscali when they became talk talk

soon after they switched they put our bill up

I phoned up to cancel but didn't as the chap on the phone sorted me out "a special deal" which discounted it back to what we were on with tiscali.

this was fine for one month but recently I checked online and some of the discounts were not applied.

I phoned up and they applied the discounts no problem but admitted that they couldn't be applied in the system automatically so I would need to phone up each time to ask for them to be applied

Is this breech of contract (new 12 month contract when I phoned them initially)
as they have not been supplying what I have asked for/what was initially agreed?

any help appreciated even if it's to say i'm stuck with them
Thanks
