Daewoo Frost Free Fridge Freezer issue

Got a problem with it-fridge is warm since yesterday.Pipe at the back covered in ice-defrosted it but still not working. Warranty is out-typical-but if I ring Daewoo Customer Services can they send an engineer round to repair it? And will they charge?

    unless its a known recall or similar fault they will charge - but they will send someone out to repair it
