Notofication that a post has been moved?

I would find this very useful.

I posted a new topic this morning, received notification that someone had replied, but the link doesnt lead to the topic.

It was posted in Techie Stuff, was entitled Copying a DVD, and someone called rushnowt replied

Ive carried out an advanced search on all of these items and cant find it anywhere! If it has indeed been moved, it would be good to know where it is now!

Maybe gone altogether because of the legalities of copying DVD's?

I did read it earlier and just followed your link which looks like the post has been deleted. As copying any DVD is illegal MSE take the view not to post about this subject at all, so best to Google and you will find lots of websites that can help you

your quite right it was me that replied to you, what I was basically saying was that I thought it may be illegal what you were suggesting, but i also added to it by asking if there was a way to back up my own DVD's I also felt that my question my not be legal or against site rules but was unsure and wanted clarification, it looks like it was as the thread as been deleted altogether, I assume by the site controllers.

We do normally recieve a pm explaining why this as occurred but at the moment I think abuse is rushed off their feet with so many things to do and not enough time.
