Good afternoon lovely DFWs
Another lazy start to the day for me after a very successful dinner party! Lots of wine was had by all and everyone seemed to like what I cooked which was a great relief - especially as I'd been in the kitchen pretty much since lunch time!
I am having a very good week spending wise and hope this to continue today. Didn't spend anything yesterday as my OH posted the Amazon sales and other parcels
Can't wait to get back in the challenge though as I feel more in control that way. Not planning any spending today as feel rather fragile and will probably curl up on the sofa all day
Anyway, have a lovely day and keep it low!

Hi Moozie,
Glad the dinner party was a success. :j
It's definately going to be a nsd day for me today, it's too cold and manky to venture outside.
Looking forward to taking part in this challenge, going to aim for £30 a week for the first few weeks and then slowly but surely reduce my weekly spend.Sealed pot challenge 2009 - target £750. Dec - April £275
April NSD - 15/200 -
Nada but I may pay £11.97 off my credit card in a second as it's annoying me and I want to start the year with a nice round figure :rotfl:
Am AQA applying this afternoon and even skipping NYE mainly now, so should be a very low week in all :jNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Hi all
Glad to dinner party went well Moozie.
I have a confession... I spent £1.77 yesterday. But today will be a nsd, well technically I'm going shopping but oh pays for that so not out of my budget.
Have a good new year. See you all in 2007.

Hi Moozie - Pleased you had a good evening - hope you've got a good supply of 'Seltzers'
I'm still doing well with my 'No Spend Week' - My daughter paid, somewhat reluctantly' for the coffees yesterday as payment for her lift to town.
Mrs Rog2 is also starting to embrace the DFW lifestyle - she took her two sisters to ASDA last night and they had reduced all the fresh Meat joints down to 50p, Fresh Milk (4 pints) to 5p - They came home with over £50 worth of meat for the freezer (2 Large Chickens, Lamb, Pork and 3 Beef Joints) and a Huge bag of shopping - Total spend £6.75 (From Normal Shopping Budget) :j :T :j
No need for me to go out today, so no further spending.

Here I am back at my PC after a glass of wine...very glad there are no Managers here as I am a bit woozy Moozie!

Hi Moozie,
Glad your evening went well - sounds like fun was had by all.
I'm absolutely chuffed as managed to bag a bargain in the sales and got a watch I nearly bought last week at full price for £900 less. :j Therefore that's an ouber £900 saving that can go straight into the mortgage fund. apart from that sandwich for £2.50 and that's it so going well today yey!! Think the girlfriend has bought food for tomorrow so try and make tomorrow a minimum spend day
