I bought some Eylure eyelash dye that didnt work & complained to the manufacturer stating I wanted a refund & at their request I sent the product and receipt to them they responded that the product was fine & sent me a replacement + another product to compensate. I returned both of these as I didnt want them & repeated my request for a refund. They ignored me despite 2 further letters. I rang them today and they said as the product is ok I cant have a refund & their policy is not to refund postage but to send a product to compensate. What are my rights?

You don't have any, unless you can prove the product was faulty. And since you no longer have the product that's going to prove difficult.
Is it worth the hassle? What did it cost? £5?0 -
Any rights you have would be with the retailer anyway, not the manufacturer. You don't have a contract with the manufacturer, they're not obliged to do anything for you0
