Jessops as ordered a Canon Selphy ES1 printer yesterday, arrived this morning, took less than 24 hours, brilliant. Good deal too, £99.99 with 2 x 50 photo packs included.

Amazon for replacing my mums christmas present of a faulty digital camera straight away, sending it to her and keeping in constant touch via email.

Liz Earle for sending me a replacement package when mine got stuck in the post and just always offering brilliant service as do Amazon.

I find jessops to be a very good firm. Very helpful in my local branch however small the problem may be after purchase!

I have to agree with Jessops being very good.
I went into a local store for some batteries for my daughters digital camera. Not having a clue which ones I needed. The assistant opened all sorts of cabinets with cameras for me to compare.
Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble.

I have also found them to be very helpful, they don't always know all the answers, but they will bend over backwards to help.

They also tend to be more honest than some of the high street retailers.
